Why should you use the Filter Tool?

The Filter tool enables swift filtration of pertinent data within your table. It aids in filtering by various criteria, such as text values, numbers, dates, colors, and additional options.

How to use the Filter Tool?

To implement filtering on a specific range, simply choose any cell within that range, and then access the Sort & Filter option located in the Home tab.

You can also use the CTRL + SHIFT + L shortcut to apply Filtering.

Easy filtering example:

Initially, let's instruct Excel to display exclusively the data pertaining to cars. This can be achieved by first deselecting all values and subsequently selecting only the "plane" option.

Of course, you can select more than one value to filter in your column
