MORE SHORTCUTS

  1. General Shortcuts:

    • Ctrl + N: Create a new presentation.

    • Ctrl + O: Open an existing presentation.

    • Ctrl + S: Save the current presentation.

    • Ctrl + Z: Undo the last action.

    • Ctrl + Y: Redo the last action.

    • Ctrl + X: Cut selected text or object.

    • Ctrl + C: Copy selected text or object.

    • Ctrl + V: Paste cut or copied text or object.

    • Ctrl + A: Select all text or objects on a slide.

    • Ctrl + B: Bold selected text.

    • Ctrl + I: Italicize selected text.

    • Ctrl + U: Underline selected text.

    • Ctrl + P: Print the presentation.

  2. Slide Navigation and Editing:

    • Ctrl + M: Insert a new slide.

    • Ctrl + D: Duplicate the selected slide.

    • Ctrl + Enter: Insert a new slide with the same layout as the current slide.

    • Ctrl + L: Align selected text or objects to the left.

    • Ctrl + R: Align selected text or objects to the right.

    • Ctrl + E: Center align selected text or objects.

    • Ctrl + Shift + >: Increase the font size.

    • Ctrl + Shift + <: Decrease the font size.

    • Ctrl + F: Find text within the presentation.

    • F5: Start a presentation from the beginning.

  3. Slide Show Shortcuts:

    • Spacebar or Right Arrow: Advance to the next slide.

    • Left Arrow: Go back to the previous slide.

    • Esc: Exit the slide show.

    • B: Blank the screen during a slide show.

    • W: Display a white screen during a slide show.

    • Ctrl + P: Pen tool during a slide show (for annotating on slides).

    • Ctrl + A: Arrow pointer during a slide show.
